Call to Order
Chair Easley called the meeting to order at 6 : 05 p .m . noting the Zoom invitation 81913487565 .
Chair Easley read the following statement: The Nauset Regional School Committee has worked for over five years ,
in unison with our four member towns , to come up with a solution for the aging Nauset Regional High School building,
which is in desperate need of repair after almost fifty years of use . A misstatement in the Press Release of December 11 ,
2020 from the Nauset Regional School Committee addressing the project, needs to be clarified . Town administrators
from our four member towns did not make a formal request for the " Code Only Upgrade Option " that was developed by
Nauset Regional High School Building Committee . The subject of the code-only option had been discussed on many
fronts , in many circles , but there was no formal request from Town Administrators for this option . I regret the
misstatement in the Press Release , and accept total responsibility for the error .
