REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 8, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Strain called the regular meeting of the City of Richland Hills Planning
and Zoning Commission to order at 6:32 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City
Hall, 3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills, Texas.
Members present: Clever Milner, Chairman Martha Strain, Rick Whitfield, Ronny
Region, and Kellie Starnes.
Members absent: Doug Guinn and Greg Klarich.
Also in attendance: Director of Community Development Howard Gregory and
City Attorney Tim Sralla.
2. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 4, 2008 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
A motion was made by Member Whitfield, and seconded by Member Milner, to
approve the August 4, 2008 Regular Meeting Minutes as presented.
The motion carried by a vote of 5 - 0.
3. DISCUSSION ITEM: CHAPTER 90 "ZONING"
The Commission held a lengthy discussion regarding Chapter 90 "Zoning".
A workshop was scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2008, with Chapter 90
"Zoning" as the discussion item.
4. PERSONAL APPEARANCES (CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
REGARDING NON-SCHEDULED ITEMS AFFECTING THE PLANNING
AND ZONING AFFAIRS OF THE CITY)

Commission, Chairman Strain declared the meeting to be adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
