A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR BANNER PLACEMENT WITHIN
MOAB CITY
Whereas, the Moab City Council must approve all fees charged by the City of Moab,
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO HEREBY
RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING FEE STRUCTURE FOR BANNER PLACEMENT
WITHIN MOAB CITY
$5 00 per banner with a 20 banner limit
(in addition to any applicable sign permit fee)
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage
Passed and adopted by action of the governing body of the City of b in open session this 14s' day of
January, 2003
