HomeMy Public PortalAboutr 16-023P00111fic" of toe �Boroltg4 of &r#eret, �ql T, No. 16-23 Date of Adoption Jatxlat-y 28 , 21016 AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR BERGEN STREET PUMP STATION COMMINUTOR REPLACEMENT WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the replacement of the Bergen Street Pump Station Comminutor; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows: 1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for receipt of bids based upon the same for the replacement of the Bergen Street Pump Station Conmtinutor. 2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Department and the Borough Engineer.
