AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
BERGEN STREET PUMP STATION COMMINUTOR REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the
replacement of the Bergen Street Pump Station Comminutor; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise
for receipt of bids based upon the same for the replacement of the
Bergen Street Pump Station Conmtinutor.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 28" day of January, 2016
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 29, 2016,
