APPROVING Ei\IERGENCY SNOW
REMOVAL FOR THE BOROUGH HALL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has advised the Governing Body that emergency
snow removal was needed for the Borough Hall Complex; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has advised that said snow removal services were necessary
for the safety and well -being of the residents and employees of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that emergency snow removal
services have been provided by S. Brothers, Inc. to the above described at a cost not to
exceed $75,000.00 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Borough Engineer and the Borough's Purchasing Department to effectuate the purposes
expressed herein.
Adopted this 4" day of February, 2016
and certified as a true copy of the
