RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN
CONNECTION WITH CARTERET BUSINESS DIRECTORY
WHEREAS, Joseph Renna of Rentec Design Studio has submitted a proposal to
re-issue a Carteret Directory at no cost to the Borough of Carteret ( the "Borough");
and
WHEREAS, the Borough is interested in participating in the project to assist in
supporting local business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

The attached agreement between Rentec Design Studio and the Borough
is hereby approved.
The Mayor and the Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement on the part of the Borough.
Adopted this 17th day of June, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 18, 1999.
