BACKGROUND: On April 9, 2014, the Transportation and Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting. ANALYSIS: Following is a summary of actions taken at the April 9, 2014 Transportation and Public Safety Commission meeting: 1. ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioner-Clift, Haddad, Nimri, Vice-Chairman Redmond, Chairman Stratis Absent: Commissioner-None Excused: Commissioner-None City Council May 6, 2014 Page 2 of 2 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Transportation and Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their March 12, 2014 meeting. 3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS The Transportation and Public Safety Commission held one hearing in person and upheld the citation . The Transportation and Public Safety Commission reviewed four hearings requested by written declaration and upheld the citations. CONCLUSION: The City Council is requested to receive and file this report. FISCAL IMPACT: This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14 City Budget.
