If demo or removal is part of this project, a separate Certificate for Demolition or Removal shall be submitted and considered prior to any replacement or reconstruction . The demolition hearing is minimally one full hearing date prior to the rebuilding hearing. 3 . An Abutter' s List certified by the Assessor's Office ( needed to mail notices of hearing) . 4 . Three (3 ) copies of professional quality plans showing all four elevations . Height of each elevation and all roof pitches must be clearly drawn . 5 . Sales brochures for all windows and doors . 6 . Residential structures : Three (3) copies of the rough landscape plan . 7 . Commercial structures : Three (3) copies of a professional landscape plan . Plans should include proposed lighting, grading, plantings, lawns, retaining walls, paving, refuse containers, utility boxes, heat pumps, air conditioners and all other visible fixtures . 8 .
