CONCLUSION:
Since the City has been notified by the Transtech Engineers, Inc. that the grading work is
complete and in compliance with the approved plans, staff recommends that City Council
authorize the release of the grading security bond for Parcel Map No. 71195.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14 City Budget.
