A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING A ONE YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION FOR THE PRINTING
SERVICES FOR THE CITY NEWSLETTER (LNP)
WHEREAS, on December 31, 2013, the City entered into a two-year
contract with Queen Beach Printers; and
WHEREAS, this contract will expire on December 31, 2013; and
WHEREAS, to continue uninterrupted printing services; and
WHEREAS, the contractor will provide the printing services until
December 31, 2014 with no increase in rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approve a one year extension for the
printing services contract with Queen Beach Printers.to expire on December 31,
2014.
' Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the . contract
amendment on a form to be approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as, to the adoption of this
Resolution.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
