RESOLUTION 4-2022
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE BY APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for calendar year 2022 on
October 4, 2021 (Ordinance No. 38-2021), containing the approved budget for the Richmond Parks
Department as also passed by the Richmond Board of Parks and Recreation;and
WHEREAS, In accordance with Indiana Code (IC) 36-10-3-22, and as set forth in Richmond City Code Chapter
31.07(b), the Richmond Common Council, as the fiscal body of the unit of the City of Richmond,
created special non-reverting operating funds for park purposes from which expenditures may be
made by appropriation by the Parks and Recreation Board("Board"); and
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money for requested
expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Richmond Board of Parks and Recreation for the City of
Richmond, Indiana, in accordance with Richmond City Code Chapter 31.07(b) that the following appropriations for
expenditures be approved as follows:
A. 4403 McBride Improvements
Purpose-Additional funds McBride
(McBride Improvements):4403-0173-508-4352 $15,775.00
