AUTHORIZING INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
FOR PERFORMING AND CULTURAL ARTS CENTER
WHEREAS, the Cooke Avenue Developers, LLC (`Cooke ") has entered into a
professional services agreement, dated January 29, 2016, to provide Construction
Management Services for construction of the Performing and Cultural Arts Center on
Washington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is making provisions for payment of the various construction
components comprising the Center which may include the aforementioned construction
management of the Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That the Purchasing Department is hereby authorized and d to
make a deposit installment payment to Cooke Avenue Developer's,
LLC, in the amount of $150,000.00, as provided for in the stand alone
January 29, 2016 Construction Management Agreement referenced
above, and which will be deducted from future payments as set
therein.
2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department.
Adopted this 25 day of February, 2016
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 26, 2016.
