A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE MOAB SWIM
CENTER FOR THE 2003 SWIM SEASON
Whereas, the Moab City Council must approve all fees charged at the Moab Swim Center,
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE
MOAB SWIM CENTER
Moab SWIM Center Fees
Punch Cards for local residents
Youth Age 3 to 17 10 Punch Cud S10 (SI per visit)
Adult Age lE to 64 10 Punch Card S20 (S2 per visit)
Senior Age 65 and over 10 Punch Card S10 (SI per visit)
Aerobics/Lap Swim All Ages 10 Punch Card S20 (S2 per class/lap swim)
Note One punch per entrance to the pool
Summer Season Passes for local residents — These passes are only valid from Memorial Day through Labor
Day

Two adults and children including
natural, adopted, foster and step
children, living under the same roof

Any age one hour session S 15 per hour per person
Towel rental 25 cents
Aquatic merchandise sold 25% mark up from actual cost
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage
Passed and adopted by action of the governing body of the City of Moab in open session
