RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -01 -02
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN IGA WITH THE TOWN OF WINTER PARK AND TOWN OF
GRANBY REGARDING ESTABLISHING THE WINTER PARK FRASER GRANBY BUILDING
DEPARTMENT
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby approves the attached Intergovernmental
Agreement and authorizes the Manager to execute Intergovernmental Agreement.
2. All documents must be executed within ninety (90) days of the date of this Resolution or
this approval shall no longer be effective.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED AND ADOPTED THIS 20 DAY OF JANUARY, 2010.
