1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at 9 a.m.
2 Thursday, January 2, 1992 in the Muncipal Building in said City. Otto Meuser presided with Kent Haisley and
3 Barbara Ross in attendance.Absent:None.The following business was had to-wit:

19 A. PUBLIC WORKS

21 I. Invoices for Dana Parkway, Industries Road Improvements: City Engineer Robert Wiwi asked for
22 the approval of the Board of a property settlement in the amount of $20,500 to be paid to Dorothy B.
23 Havens at 12 Forest Drive. The Buyer is the City of Richmond and its assigns, the Richmond
24 Redevelopment Authority. The settlement agent is Whitewater Title & Abstract, Inc. which was paid
25 $244 to process the closing.

27 Havens is moving to Interfaith Apartments. Meuser asked if the negotiations were amiable and
28 Wiwi answered that both parties were satisfied with the agreement. On a motion by Haisley, seconded
29 by Ross, the agreement to purchase the property of Dorothy B. Havens for$20,500 was unanimously
30 - approved and the Board of Works as agent for the Redevelopment Authority authorized the
31 disbusement of funds for said purchase plus costs incident thereto by the Trustee of the Bond Issue
32 proceeds,Star Bank,Eastern Indiana.
