TMe 4 in regard to the large Live Oak at 1208 butler Avenue. At some point in this trots life it W blown over, but continued to gnaw. Because of this, in my opinion, the root system has austained scone damage, as well as pokers of decay have farmed where large limbs where broken off. The crown of the tree is thinning which indieattes decline in the trees health due to a poor root system, Looking at the history and curm)t condition of the tree] it is nay opinion that it is not a healthy tree, If you have further questions, please feel free to call.
