BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA. DECEMBER 19. 1991
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session December 19,
2 1991, at the hour of 9:00 A.M. in the Municipal Building in said City. Ms. Hauptstueck presided with Mr. Smith
3 and Ms. Planck in attendance. Absent: None. Media in attendance: Cable 16 and Palladium Item. The
4 following business was had to-wit:

7 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 12, 1991

9 Ms. Planck noted that the bid for Warfield Oil (page 1, line22)was for mid grade unleaded at.597.
10 Mr. Smith moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as corrected,seconded by Ms. Planck and on
11 unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

29 Promotion of Firefighter

31 Fire Chief Sticco presented a letter stating the Michael Foust has successrully completed his six month
32 provationary period and requesting that he be awarded the permanent rank of Lieutenant.

34 Mr. Smith moved to approve the request, seconded by Ms. Planck and on unanimous voice vote the motion
35 was carried.

39 Invoices for Dana Parkway,Industries Road Improvements

41 Mr. Wiwi presented an invoice for B. C. Emmons for three appraisals in the amount of 30.00 for approval for
42 payment from the TIF bond funds.

44 Ms. Planck moved to approve the invoice to BC Emmons for 300.00 for payment, seconded by Mr. Smith and on
45 unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
