Please open the attachment that I received from DEQ's contractor, Ross & Associates, which is a draft agenda for the public
hearing to be held on April 19 in Cascade (@ the American Legion Hall). The agenda has one spot shown under the
Summary of Source Implementation Plans as "other" I thought as we had talked the other day that this may be a good place
for you to outline where we are with the J-Ditch Project. Please confirm if you can be there and I will change the agenda to
reflect your input. Thanks.
Also, I heard this morning that the FONSI is out for the J-Ditch project. What have you heard? Could I please get a copy?
Finally, have you heard of the Citizens for Valley County? Word on the street is that they may trying to disrupt the progress
on the J-Ditch project by insisting that the ponds be sized to accommodate anticipated growth caused by the construction of
West Rock. Please let me know.
