This dwelling represents one o Island's most historic architectural designs and is historically significant as it r Vv, 2 the evolution of the Island' development and transportation modes to Tybee Is, V-, O r 5-1-- J110 design elevated to accommodate automobile parking underneath illustrates the on Tybee Island when this particular design was the predominant one used on O 1 1,4 after 1926, ,4 v 2 , 1 have been in discussions with several property owners who are very iaterestec relocation of this significant building to their property. I have met on site with Anthony Sapone and Jane Coslick to discuss the possible relocation of the dwelling. Mr. Sapone has in turn met with Hugh Braswell to detennine the best route to move the house from the Butler Avenue location. As you know the dense oak tree canopy posses a challenge to relocating the home. Jane Coslick has notified Mr. Ryan of Mr. Sapone's sincere interest in moving the house, and requested information from Mr. Ryan concerning Mr. Ryan's plans for tree removal. Mr. Ryan indicated at the time (around the July 0 weekend) that he would get back with Ms. Coslick to discuss the house move as it related to possible tree removal. Mr. Braswell has informed Mr. Sapone that he will not be able to move the structure for 5 weeks due to his heavy schedule.
