This is being done in response to increased residential and vehicle
burglaries in the area of N/E portion of the City?

• What's next? Working on several informant/detective leads regards to
burglaries. Providing information to contractors seeking permits &
identifying homes under construction to provide information

• Was objective achieved? Yes
• What's next? Continue working with EI Monte PD to identify additional
suspects.
April Operations
Bait Car Operations
• This is being done in response to vehicle thefts in the
city & surrounding areas
• Arrest(s) 0
• Was objective achieved? Yes, no vehicles stolen & only
interest was teenagers looking to steal property from
vehicle. Teenagers warned you never know whose
watching & crime doesn't pay
• What's is next? Repair/body shop inspections
Marijuana Grow Operation
• Deputies respond to a burglary call
•The suspect called believing someone was trying to
break into the residence
• Deputies checked the residence & discovered suspected
cocaine, approximately 10 pounds of marijuana & a
handgun
• No burglary construction workers only
County Saturation Operation
• This is being done in response to increased residential & vehicle
burglaries in county area, which could impact Temple City
• Arrests -2 felonies for controlled substance
