AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
AHDDLESEX COUNTY AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS COST RECOVERY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Middlesex County for Hazardous Materials Cost Recovery.

and certified as a true copy of the
