Just prior to the ARPB meeting, original structural drawings were discovered, which indicated a very unusual grade beam and piling layout for the existing kitchen and garage areas proposed to be added to and renovated. This structural layout resulted tiom the angle form of the existing building relative to existing property lines, The current recommended approval by ARPB is to align that wing of the residence to be more in conformity with the neighborhood. Therefore, the amended request for demolition is for the existing kitchen and garage wing (north) with new construction accommodating{ the layout and architectural elements approved by the ARPB. Thanking you for your cooperation in this matter. Kind regards, Yours sincerely, MARSH & ASSOCIATES, INC. AIA /! Cc: ;I Mr. & Mrs. Nelson Grumn%mnrv, M:ARsn k Assnr•.,1Nc.
