Dwayne,
I am in receipt of your fax dated today. Your letter is a correct characterization of
our conversation. However, as I mentioned, the City faces a critically short project
time span on this project (completion by September 30, 1999), and thus will
continue to with design work. This work will take into consideration comments
gathered at the November 2nd meeting, as well as any subsequent meetings. As
comments are easier to incorporate earlier in the process, 1 suggest that you or the
people you represent take an active role in the November 2nd meeting.
As I am not the lead on this project, I cannot speak to a meeting on the 241h or
25th of November. Brian Olson, City Manager, will return on November 2, and
can address future meetings.
