Regular meeting of the Council; -
Mayor Graham presiding, and councilmen Okones- Luwe and
Lindaman present.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and on motbon by
Lure second by Lindaman, approved as read.

Secy of the Fire Co reports the appointment of Henry
Maas as a member oP the fire Co, for approval, to take the place
of Harry �Ieddens, called to the service- Same was approved.
It was moved and seconded that the Clerk send a notia�e to
Odic Olthoff to repair his sidewalk along his property.
I!gotion carried.
It was moved and seconded that R.B. TJ�.den be notified to
make repairs on the west wall,or aide of the building on Lots
9 in block 9, pebbledash on side being lose and falling o�P.

On motion by Luwe second by Lindaman that the following Resolution
adopting assessment for Oiling streets be adopted.
On Roll Call- Ayes- Okonea- Luwe Lindaman
Nays - none- Absent Haack & Kruse.
