AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE MIDDLESEX COUNTY
1999 URBAN FORESTRY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Carteret Community Development Office needs authorization to
enter into an agreement regarding the 1999 Urban Forestry Project; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to enter into the
aforementioned agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the Middlesex County
1999 Urban Forestry Agreement
Adopted this 17th day of June, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 18, 1999 ~
