Marsha Gause, wife of a retired dentist as I understand, suggested to
Kirk and Allen we set up the meeting with Green and Paripovich. Please
call her and let her know we did set up the meeting she suggested but
they pulled out at consultant request. We should send a nice letter to
this effect to Green and Paripovich and confirm this and let them know
we are always available.

RE: Review of J Ditch Documents
Dear Don,
This is just to confirm that during the week of November 91' Dwayne
Nelson called to make arrangements to review the documents. He stated
that he would like to review them December 3rd. I suggested that since
there were so many documents and December 3'ci was a Council meeting,
he might want to consider reserving two days to review — December 3rd
and 4t'. It was explained to Dwayne that the documents could not be
taken from City Hall.
As of this date, I am still expecting Dwayne to arrive on December 3rd.
