CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, NOVEMBER 14, 1988
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in special session November 14,
2 1988 at the hour of 10:00 A.M.in the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Barden presided with Ms. Hauptstueck
3 in attendance. Absent: Mr.Willis. The following business was had to-wit:

9 Cancel and Reset Bid Date for Park Bond Projects

11 Ms. Rita Stout, Purchasing Director, informed the Board that due to the lack of bidder participation, it was
12 necessary to reject all bids received on the Park Bond Projectsl, 3,4,5 and 6,cancel the bid date of November
13 23, 1988 for Project 2 and reschedule the bidding for December 8, 1988 at 9:00 AM for Projects 1,2,4,5, and 6.

15 Mr. Hauptstueck moved to cancel November 23, 1988 at 9:00 AM as the date and time to receive bids for Project
16 No.2-Swimming Pool Renovation,to reject and and all bids received on November 10, 1988 Projects 1,3,4,5,
17 and 6 and to reset the date to receive bids on Projects 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 for December 8, 1988 at 7:00 AM ,
18 seconded by Mr. Barden and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

22 There being no further business,on a motion duly made,seconded and passed the meeting was adjourned.
