A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
AUTHORIZING DELINQUENT TERMINATED UTILITY ACCOUNTS TO BE
WRITTEN OFF THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
WHEREAS, it is important to wnte off delinquent terminated utility accounts from the
Moab City accounting system to maintain mtegnty of this system, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #10-2003 provided conditions for writing off delinquent
terminated utility accounts, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #10-2003, the City Council is authonzed to write off
accounts over $50 00,
NOW THEREFORE WE THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY WRITE OFF THE FOLLOWING DELINQUENT TERMINATED UTILITY
