~ POSIIION OF PROVISIONAL POLICE CAFBIN
WH]~REAS, a vacancy exists in the position of Provisional Police
Captain the the Borough of Carteret; and
I4{I~{EAS, it has been determined by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that there is a need to fill said vacancy; and
~, John P. Pieczyski is qualified and eligible to serve in
said position.
