Such request is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference into this Resolution No. 6-2019 as Exhibit"A"; and WHEREAS, The territory sought to be incorporated into the Richmond Sanitary District includes the following: A parcel containing 27.14 acres, more or less, located along Sylvan Nook Drive and Reid Parkway in Wayne County Indiana, which property is more specifically described on Exhibit `B" (Annexation Plat), which Exhibit `B" is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference into this Resolution No. 6-2019; and WHEREAS, The territory described above of approximately 27.14 acres, more or less, as set forth in Exhibit `B", is capable of connection to existing facilities of the Richmond Sanitary District; and WHEREAS, It is in the best interest of the property owners of such territory describe above of approximately 27.14 acres, more or less, and the Richmond Sanitary District for the territory set forth in Exhibit `B" to be incorporated into the Richmond Sanitary District and its territory and be subject to the jurisdiction for the Richmond Sanitary District.
