ADDENDUM
figi THIS ADDS UM umber 1 to Contract No. 18-2021) is made and entered into this
1 day of 2022, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting throng its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 5th Street,
Richmond, Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Lawn Plus, LLC, 5062 Bantas Creek,
West Alexandria, Ohio, 45381 (hereinafter referred to as"Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 18-2021 on May 5, 2021; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to continue to retain Contractor to continue to provide services in
connection with certain lawn maintenance services, including, but not limited to,
weed control, fertilization, and as-needed grub control for the lawn and grounds
located at the Richmond Municipal Building for the City of Richmond,Indiana, as set
forth within the scope of Contract No. 18-2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 18-2021, on May 5,
2021, which Contract is incorporated herein by reference. Pursuant to Contract No.
18-2021, Section IV Tenn of Agreement, the City has an option to renew the
Agreement for the 2022 calendar year, which option is exercised pursuant to this
Addendum. Contractor shall continue to provide law maintenance services for the
City of Richmond, Indiana, as identified within Contract No. 18-2021 for the 2022
calendar year. Such services shall be performed in a manner consistent with
Contract No. 18-2021, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part
hereof. Contractor's updated price sheet with the prepay amounts are attached hereto
as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and covenants
contained in Contract No. 18-2021, shall be applicable to the work performed
pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant conflicts with
this Addendum Number 1, in which case this Addendum Number 1 shall be
controlling.
3. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extension of the contract date
of termination pursuant to the exercise of the option to renew the contract for the
2022 calendar year, Contract No. 18-2021 shall remain intact and unchanged and in
full force and effect.

4. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative capacity
hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her principal to
execute this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this AddendArn is executed and� approved by the undersigned
representatives of the City and Contractor this 0 day of Cf 6 , 2022,to be effective
in accordance with its terms as of January 1, 2022.
