TAYLOR Re: 3420 Gulf Stream Road This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing held by the Architectural Review and Planning Board on July 25, 2019, your application for a Level 2 Architectural/Site Plan Review to permit the demolition of all structures on the property along with the removal of three palm trees and a dead stump, installation of some new hedge, a 4'x5' aluminum gate in the center of the south property line, a new irrigation system and sod was considered. The application was approved as requested with the condition that any minor modifications in the approved landscaping shall be submitted to the Town Manager for review and approval and any major modification shall be brought back to the ARPB for review and approval prior to commencement of landscaping.
