BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 1S, 1986
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met'
2 in special session December 15, 1986 at the hour of 11:00 A.M. in the Municipal
3 Building in said City. Ms. Silbertein presided with Mr. Willis in attendance.
4 Mr. Brown was absent. The following business was had to-wit :

6 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN F.O.P. BARGAINING UNIT AND CITY OF RICHMOND FOR 1987

8 Ms. Silberstein presented the Agreement between the City of Richmond, Indiana
9 and the John Hennigar Lodge #63, Fraternal Order of Police.

11 Ms. Silbertein stated the negotiations had been fruitful and the contract was
12 a good contract for both sides.

14 Mr. Willis moved to adopt and execute the Agreement for 1987 between the City
15 of Richmond and John Hennigar Lodge #63, Fraternal Order of Police, seconded
16 by Ms. Silberstein and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

18 Participating in the execution of the Agreement were Dennis Rice, Bill Shake
19 and Wayne Loudy along with Mr. Willis, Ms . Silberstein and Mayor Waltermann.

21 ADJOURNMENT

23 There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by a concensus of
24 the Board.
