PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
WHEREAS, assessed values need to be adjusted due to sub-
divisions and a building demolished, and
WHEREAS, the tax assessor, upon finding the discrepancy has
corrected the 2016 records and has recommended that the
assessment be adjusted, and
WHEREAS, the tax'collector has calculated the amount of taxes
to be cancelled as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax
Collector cancel and refund taxes as set forth in this
resolution.
