Motion: Award bid on a 2022 Mid-Size SUV for Human Resources to the lowest responsive,
responsible bidder.
b. Award bid on a 2022 Pickup Truck for Parallax as previously approved in the budget.
Motion: Award bid on a 2022 Pickup Truck for Parallax to the lowest responsive,responsible
bidder.
c. Open bids on 2022 Bucket Truck for the Line Department as previously approved in the budget.
Motion: Refer bids on 2022 Bucket Truck for the Line Department to the General Manager for
tabulation,evaulation and recommendation.
d. Open bids on construction of a new Control House at Whitewater Valley Generating Station as
previously approved in the budget.
Motion: Refer bids on construction of a new Control House at Whitewater Valley Generating
Station to the General Manager for tabulation,evaluation and recommendation.
e. Request to receive bids on a 2022 Backyard (Easement) Derrick for the Line Department as
previously approved in the budget. Trade-In: 2012 Altec Mini Derrick/ Hours 1076
Motion: Authorize the General Manager to receive bids on a 2022 Backyard (Easement) Derrick for
the Line Department.
f. Request to receive bids on a 2022 Backyard (Easement) Derrick Trailer for the Line Department as
previously approved in the budget. Trade-In 2011 Novae Corp Sure Trac Mini Derrick Trailer.
Motion: Authorize the General Manager to receive bids on a 2022 Backyard (Easement) Derrick
Trailer.
