A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE STREET PERFORMER PERMIT FEE
Whereas, Moab Municipal Code Section 5 70 080 provides that Street Performers requtnng a
permit shall pay a Street Performer Permit Fee as established by Resolution of the Moab City
Council,
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING FEE
Street Performer Permit Fee $10 00
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage Passed and adopted by action of the
governing body of the City of Moab in open session this 14ih day of October 2003
