A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CRESTVIEW, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 2020-13, adopted August 31, 2020, establishes a Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 2020-13 provides for amendment of the fee schedule by Resolution of the City
Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CRESTVIEW,
FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. Authority - Amending Comprehensive Fee Schedule.
Pursuant to the authority of Section 2-28 of the City Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule
is amended to adopt fee schedules as outlined in the attached document titled 2021 Comprehensive Fee
Schedule.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by City Council and signature of the Mayor.
