A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CRESTVIEW, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE 2020-2021
COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTIN
2021-2, AMENDING SECTION TITLED POLICE, AMENDING THE
RED LIGHT MUNCIPAL SERVICE FEE AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City of Crestview from time to time reviews the Comprehensive Fee Schedule effective
September 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS, The city of Crestview has determined that the Magistrate fee for Red Light hearings should be
amended to parallel other jurisdictions,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Crestview of Okaloosa County,
Florida that:
The City of Crestview shall amend the Magistrate fee for Red Light Hearing infractions from $250 to $75 for
infractions that are judged guilty.
