RESOLUTION APPOINTING A TAX ASSESSOR
WHEREAS, N.1.S.A. 40A: -9 -146 provides for the appointment of a Tax Assessor
for each municipality in the State of New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, N.1.S.A 40A:0 -148.1 provides that the Municipal Tax Assessor shall
hold a Tax Assessor Certification provided for in N.J.S.A.S4:135.25 et.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Gerald J. Brisoiane
be and is hereby is appointed Tax Assessor, effective immediately.
Adopted this 21" day of April, 2016
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 22, 2016.
