WAIVING FEES CARTERET BPO ELKS LODGE 2235
EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret are cognizant and
supportive of the will and desire of the members of Carteret BPO Elks Lodge 2235 to
undertake an expansion of Elks Lodge 2235, located at 233 -235 Roosevelt Avenue,
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret desire to waive the
municipal fees for construction permits issued for said project; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that all municipal construction permit fees for construction repair work
necessary for the expansion project be and are hereby waived; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Chief
Financial Officer and Construction Official.
