AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND TRANSFER OF 315 PERSHING
AVENUE TO THE CARTERET BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, die Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (`Borough ") has
determined that a need exists to sell and transfer title to the following identified parcel of
real property to the Carteret Business Partnership for advancement of the Borough's
redevelopment efforts as authorized by law:
315 Pershing Avenue
Block 5805; Lot 19
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, as follows:
I. The sale and transfer of the aforementioned parcel of real property
within the Borough of Carteret to the Carteret Business Partnership
is hereby authorized and directed for the purposes provided for
herein, and for such other municipal purposes as may be authorized
by law.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 6, 2016.
