A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE GRAND COUNTY LIBRARY
DISTRICT'S FUNDING APPLICATION TO THE PERMANENT COMMUNITY
IMPACT BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Moab and Grand County have a need for a larger library
facility, and,
WHEREAS, a larger library facility would better serve the citizens of the City of
Moab and Grand County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Moab Governing Body that
the City of Moab heartily endorses and vigorously supports the Grand County Library
District's funding application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for the purpose
of constructing a larger library facility
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the City of
Moab in open session this 18t day of November 2003 This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage
