BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 23, 1982
1 The board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in regular session December 23, 1982 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the
3 Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Meredith presided with Mr. Cordell
4 present. Mr. Webb was on vacation. The following business was had, to-wit :

6 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 16, 1982

8 Mr. Cordell moved to approve the minutes of December 16, 1982 as prepared,
9 seconded by Mr. Meredith and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

11 SET DATE FOR TWO (2) UNSAFE BUILDING HEARINGS

13 Mr. Meredith set hearings for two (2) unsafe buildings for 10:00 a.m.
14 January 20, 1983. Building Commissioner Charles Roberts noted the building
15 at 5 N. W. 10th has been an old business garage and he would like to see it
16 secured. The building at 734 Peacock is a single car garage.
