HomeMy Public PortalAboutM 2013-11-19 - LSA CITY OF LYNWOOD AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR MEETING November 19, 2013 The City of Lynwood as Successor Agency to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a regular meeting in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:35 p.m. Mayor Pro-Tem Rodriguez presiding. Council Members Castro, Santillan-Beas, Morton and Rodriguez were present. Mayor Alatorre was absent Also present were Interim City Manager Warne, City Attorney Galante and City Clerk Quinonez. City Treasurer Hernandez was absent. City Clerk Quinonez announced that the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with the Brown Act. PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (Regarding Agenda Items Only) NONE PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS NONE CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Council Member Santillan-Beas, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tern Rodriguez to approve the consent calendar and to receive and file staff reports. City Attorney noted that July minutes would come back to the next meeting. APPROVAL OF THE WARRANT REGISTER • The Lynwood City Council as Successor Agency approved the warrant register for November 5, 2013. RESOLUTION NO. 2013.031 ENTITLED: RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD CITY COUNCIL AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS Council Member Castro made a motion, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Rodriguez to recess to the Lynwood Utility Authority at 6:33 p.m. CLOSED SESSION NONE ADJOURNMENT Having no further discussion, it was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Rodriguez, seconded by Council Member Castro to adjourn the special City of Lynwood as Successor.Agency to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency meeting at 6:34 p.m. er- • Salvado ° latorre, Mayor aria Quinonez, Ci Clerk / •
