Committee members present were Steven Bergquist, Patricia Busch , Jim Trabulsie ( Chairman ), Tom Turcketta , George Carey (Alternate ), and Sara Provos ( Senior Department Assistant) , Carol Appleton was absent . k , CONTINUED HEARINGS r . H -7- 21492 Glah Miller, LLC, 2100 Main Street, Map 67 Lot 84 Shed ■ Tenant, Nick Powers was present at the meting ■ Shed is already installed on the property . ■ Site visit was completed by several members of the committee . ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that several characteristics of the shed do not meet the criteria as outlined in the Bulletin . ■ Mr. Powers suggested moving the shed to another location on the property . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to deny the application due to it not being appropriate for the area . Steven Bergquist seconded . ■ All voted in favor. H -7- 21496 Gordana Vlahovic, 143 Ellis Landing Road, Map 90 Lot 151 Addition, Deck and Exterior Renovations ■ Patricia Busch abstained . ■ Patrick Malloy, Architect represented the homeowners . ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that the concerns raised by the committee from the previous meeting have been addressed . ■ Steve Bergquist moved to accept as presented . Tom Turcketta seconded . ■ All voted in favor . SCHEDULED 'HEAR] NGS D-& 21-215 Gordana Vlahovic, 143 Ellis Landing Road , Map 90 Lot 151 Partial Demolition ■ Patrick Malloy, Architect represented the homeowners . ■ A site review was done by members of the committee . ■ Committee members had no issues or concerns with the partial demolition . 1 . H -8-21-216 John and Anne Crowley, 125 Robbins Hill Road , Map 49 Lot 68 Addition ■ George Carey recused himself as he is a direct abutter to this property . ■ John and Anne Crowley discussed the plans with the committee . '..... ■ Windows will have casings and match what is existing on the home now . ■ Anderson windows will be used . ■ Per the application , the chimney will be torn down however if it remains in place an amendment will be provided . ■ Vent for gas fireplace will be removed from this application and an amendment will be provided . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to accept as amended . Patricia Busch seconded . ■ All voted in favor . ■ Vote 4-0- 1 S-8-21- 217 66 Harwich Road LLC, 66 Harwich Road , Map 57 Lot 32 Sign ■ Marilyn Dearborn attended the meeting to discuss the sign with the committee . ■ Sign is plastic with vinyl lettering. ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that signs need to be brought in at the end of each business day . ■ Patricia Busch moved to continue to the August 23, 2021 meeting . Tom Turcketta seconded . ■ All voted in favor. S-8-21-218 Brewster Conservation Trust, 0 Long Pond Road, Map 75 Lot 16 Sign ■ This application was withdrawn and was approved by Chairman Trabulsie via an Exemption . H -8-21-219 Aimee and Barrett Foster, 51 Hilibourne Terrace, Map 115 Lot 20 Exterior Renovations ■ Aimee and Barrett Foster were present at the meeting . ■ Mariana Radonic, Architect with LA CASA Studio was also present . ■ Ms . Foster discussed the project with the committee . ■ Windows on specification sheet changed from Marvin windows to Anderson windows, if Anderson windows will not be used an amendment will be provided . ■ Trim will be white . ■ Color of door will be blue, and a sample of the color ( Indigo ) will be provided to the Building Department . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to approve as amended . George Carey seconded . ■ Patricia Busch was not available to vote on this application due to technical issues . ■ All voted in favor . 2 Brewster Historic District Committee / Minutes of August 9, 2021 Meeting H -8-21-220 Jennifer and Phillipa Greenwood , 410 Blueberry Pond Drive, Map 89 Lot 46 Single Family Dwelling ■ Matt Teague with Reef Builders represented the homeowners . ■ George Carey asked for clarification on the window color . ■ Color of windows will be amended from brown to white . ■ No mulled windows . ■ Windows will have sills . ■ George Carey moved to accept as amended . Steven Bergquist seconded . ■ Patricia Busch was not available to vote on this application due to technical issues . ■ All voted in favor . H -&21-221 Deanne Anson Life Estate and Stuart Anson, 2963 Main Street, Map 90 Lot 163 Addition ■ Homeowner, Mr . Anson was present and provided an update on the project to the committee . ■ Double casement window matches existing kitchen window . ■ Outdoor shower will be in the back of the home and in line with the house . ■ Updated plans will be provided to the Building Department with corrected elevations and location of outdoor shower. ■ Steven Bergquist moved to accept as presented . Tom Turcketta seconded . ■ Patricia Busch was not available to vote on this application due to technical issues . ■ All voted in favor . H -&21-222 Carol Marcy and Marin Goldstein, 108 Susan Lane, Map 47 Lot 36 Roof Mounted Solar Panels and Roof ■ Carol Marcy and Marin Goldstein were present at the meeting and discussed the project with the committee . ■ Current roof on house now is wood cedar shingles . ■ Mr . Goldstein stated that the roofing proposed to be changed to asphalt would just be those where the solar panels would be placed , cedar wood shingles will remain where solar panels are not located . ■ Solar panels will be black on black . ■ Mr . Turcketta recommended that another option be used for the color of the asphalt roof shingle and that he would provide a sample of the Timberline Weatherwood for homeowner to review/consider using in place of what was proposed in this application . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to continue to the August 23 , 2021 meeting .
