NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing by remote participation on WEDNESDAY, October 13,
2021, beginning at 7 : 00 pm and recorded at the Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA .
The following proposed Special Town Meeting Warrant Article will be considered :
ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT/Water Quality Protection District
ARTICLE NO . XX : To see if the Town will vote to amend sections of Chapter 179 , Article XI , Water Quality
Protection District, to clarify the applicability of performance standards to uses within the district .
Copies of the proposed amendment are available in the Town Clerk's Office and the Planning Department at
Town Hall and electronically by request to brewplan@brewster-ma . pov or 50&896-3701 x1133.
The following application will be heard :
Road Betterment Application #202142 : For consideration of the Town to undertake a road repair under the
Town ' s Betterment and Assessment Program in accordance with Article VIII , Temporary Road Repair, Section
157 - 20 of Brewster' s Town Code for Bay View Drive, Cranberry Lane, Deer Path Circle, lam Lane, Mayflower
Circle, and Vesper Pond Drive shown on Assessor' s Map 137 and 138 .
The application and plans are available for review in the Planning Department and electronically by request to
brewplan brewster-ma. pov or 50&896-3701 x1133 .
