SPECIAL MEETING
November 5, 2013
The Lynwood Parking Authority of the City of Lynwood met in a special meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 5:16 p.m.
Chair Alatorre presiding.
Members Castro, Santillan-Beas, Morton, Rodriguez and Alatorre were present.
Also present were Authority Administrator Warne, Authority Counsel Galante and
Authority Secretary Quinonez. City Treasurer Hernandez was absent.
Authority Secretary Quinonez announced that the Agenda had been posted in
accordance with the Brown Act.

It was moved by Vice-Chair Rodriguez, seconded by Member Santillan-Beas, to
approve the consent calendar and to receive and file staff reports.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Castro, seconded by Member
Santillan-Beas and carried to adjourn the special Lynwood Parking Authority meeting at
5:18 p.m.
