Continued Applications : #21-22 Applicant: Benjamin E. Zehnder, 178 Bonnie Doone Cartway, Map 102, Lot, 13, Senior Department in the RM zoning district. Pursuant to Brewster Zoning Bylaws § 179 -25 (B), the Assistant applicant seeks a Special Permit approval to renovate one, and demolish and remove Ellen Murphy three, pre-existing, non-conforming dwelling structures (multiple dwellings on a single lot) on a pre-existing, non-conforming lot (residential structures in a Wetlands Conservancy District/ Hooksand-Dune Land soil), and construct three new dwelling structures further away from a coastal dune wetland resource . #21-25 Applicant: Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, Inc., (Represented by Attorney Warren H.
