Pursuant to Governor Baker' s March 12, 2020, Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his
March 15 and March 23, 2020, Orders imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this
meeting will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible . Specific information .and the general
guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend
this meeting may be found on the Town' s website at www . brewster- ma . gov . For this meeting, members of the public
who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at http : // Iivestream . brewster-
ma gov or on Channel 18 . No in - person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be
made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has
established specific email addresses for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can
send their comments in :writing either before or during the meeting . For this meeting, please send contact
panderson brewster-ma .Boy . In the event we are unable to live broadcast these meetings, despite best efforts, we will
post on the Town website an audio recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as
possible after the meeting at http : //tv . brewster- ma .gov .

Administrative Supervisor & Paul Anderson , Superintendent .

4 . Water restriction update
• Remain at current level — Mild drought
• Consensus of other superintendents to stay at current mild level
• Needed precipitation throughout the winter to decide water restrictions in 2022
5 . Superintendent' s Report
• 2nd sampling of PFAS Sampling
a . No detections
b . Apply for a waiver
• Great Fields Road Project
a . Start in about 2 weeks
b . 3 , 000 ft of 8" ductile pipe
c . 5 fire hydrants
d . Loop water main in 2 areas
e . Will improve water quality
• Town of Brewster Dog Park approved
a . Water Department to install 2 " service line
b . Hydration stations and water for dogs
• Hydraulic and Risk & Resiliency Study Completed
• Update master plan
• Meeting with Town Administrator, Fire and Natural Resources
6 . Office Manager' s Report
• August 2nd billing statements mailed out July 30tH
a . PDFs of billing statements aren ' t available for viewing and waiting for
update from vendor .
• Reached out to Beacon ( meter reading software ) and Stiles ( water meter supplier)
to be able to generate reports for missed , skipped , high and low reads . New billing
software provides reports in percentages and compares to the previous read .

• Two unscheduled one time reduced rates for :
a . 45 Valley Road — Owner had frozen plumbing and had to replace hot water
heater .
b . 90 Magnet Way — Owner had leak in irrigation system .
