The library is closed on Mondays, so these spaces can be utilized. The rain date is Sunday Oct 3 from 3pm-5pm. The event planner, Lauren Elliott-Grunes will work with both the Health Department regarding refreshments and the Building Department regarding the platform structure. The Brewster Ladies Library also requests a fee wavier for the $35 application fee. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend that the Board approves this application and the fee waiver request. One-Day Liquor License Application; Brewster Sportsman’s Club The Brewster Sportsman’s Club will be hosting a birthday event at their location, 280 Tubman Road on Sunday October 3 from 2pm -6pm. They would like to serve beer and wine and the event will be catered. The Brewster Sportsman’s Club has been advised to apply for any food permits through the Health Department and if any entertainment is to be provided that a one-day entertainment license application must be submitted. The expected number of attendees is 40. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend that the Board approve the one-day liquor license.
